自拟柔肝熄风汤治疗偏头痛肝阳上亢证的临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨自拟柔肝熄风汤治疗偏头痛肝阳上亢证的临床效果。方法:选取2016年9月-2017年9月收治的106例肝阳上亢型偏头痛患者,按随机数字表法等分为两组。对照组(53例)口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,观察组(53例)采用自拟柔肝熄风汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后偏头痛特异性生活质量量表(MSQ)、中医证候总积分变化。结果:治疗8周后,观察组总有效率为88.68%(47/53),明显高于对照组的71.70%(38/53),P <0.05。与治疗前对比,两组治疗后MSQ评分均显著增高(P <0.01)、中医证候总积分均显著下降(P <0.01),且观察组改善更显著(P <0.01)。结论:偏头痛(肝阳上亢证)应用自拟柔肝熄风汤治疗可明显减轻患者症状,提高生活质量,效果确切。
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of the Rougan Xifeng decoction(柔肝熄风汤) on migraine of the Ganyang Shangkang syndrome(肝阳上亢证). Methods: From September 2016 to September 2017, 106 patients were divided into two groups. The control group(53 cases) was provided flunarizine hydrochloride capsules; and the observation group(53 cases) was provided the Rougan Xifeng decoction. Results: After 8 weeks treatment, the total efficiency was 88.68%(47/53) in the observation group, higher than 71.70%(38/53)in the control group, P<0.05. After treatment, the MSQ scores in two groups were significantly increased(P<0.01); and the total scores of TCM symptoms were significantly decreased(P<0.01); and the improvement of the observation group was more significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: The Rougan Xifeng decoction on migraine of the Ganyang Shangkang syndrome can improve clinical symptoms and quality of life.
