摘要
进行了直线电机往复泵配套直线电机的选型分析,确定电机主要运行指标技术要求,完成电机高压密封及配套抽油泵的设计。针对采油系统的工作特点,开发了工况监测系统,通过对运行电流、功率的监测实现电机运行状况的分析,同时设计了井下电机的温度监测系统,通过监测电机初级线圈温度实现对电机的保护。通过电参数监测实现采油系统工况的监测与分析。对直线电机采油系统进行了室内性能测试,在地面试验井内测试整套系统的运行可靠性。测试结果显示电机拉力达到20.8 k N,承压达到25 MPa,在地面试验井内正常运转500 h。开展了3口井现场试验,最大井深1 659 m,最小液量2.33 m3/d,试验后平均系统效率24.6%,节电率达到29.0%,电机温度及系统工况监测工作正常,远程能够对电机生产参数进行调节。
        The selection of linear motor for linear motor reciprocating pump has been conducted,and the main technical parameters requirements of the motor are determined. The high-pressure sealing of motor and the supporting pump have been designed. An operating condition monitoring system is developed according to the working characteristics of the production system. Operating conditions could be analyzed by monitoring the running current and power. Meanwhile,the downhole motor temperature monitoring system is developed to protect the motor by monitoring the temperature of the motor primary coil. The production system conditions are monitored and analyzed by electrical parameter monitoring. Indoor performance tests have been conducted in the test well to test the reliability of the entire system. Test results show that the motor has a pull of up to 20. 8 k N,a pressure-bearing of 25 MPa and a normal operation time of 500 h. Field tests have been conducted in three wells,the motor temperature and system condition monitoring are working properly with the maximum well depth of 1 659 m,the minimum liquid flow rate of 2. 33 m3/ d,an average system efficiency of 24. 6% and energy-saving rate of 29. 0%. Meanwhile,the motor parameters could be adjusted remotely.
