摘要
目的探讨医务人员付出-回报失衡、组织支持与抑郁症状的关系,为提高医务人员心理健康水平提供参考。方法分层抽取江苏省1696名医务人员进行调查,付出-回报失衡(ERI)量表、组织支持感量表(POS)、12题一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)分别测量医务人员付出-回报状况、组织支持与抑郁症状,分层嵌套Logistic回归探索三者之间的关系。结果 52.06%的医务人员处于付出-回报失衡工作模式(ERI>1),45.87%的处于超负荷状态;医务人员抑郁症状检出率为31.07%。分层回归分析表明,付出-回报失衡(OR=1.68,95%CI:1.28~2.20)、超负荷(OR=2.43,95%CI:2.03~2.92)是医务人员的抑郁症状发生的危险因素,组织支持感降低医务人员抑郁症状(OR=0.76,95%CI:0.67~0.86)。结论合理的工作负担、经济激励和组织支持能够提高医务人员的心理健康。
        Objective To explore Effort-reword Imbalance,perceived organizational support and depression symptoms among medical staff,which was to provide references for improving the mental health of medical staff.Methods Totally 1696 medical staff in Jiangsu Province were surveyed,with Effort-reward Imbalance(ERI)Questionnaire,Perceived Organizational Support Questionnaire(POS)and 12-item General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-12).Hierarchical Logistic regression analyses was used to explore the relationships between them.Results 52.06% of medical staff were exposed in ERI,and 45.87% of them were overloaded,31.07% of them were depressed.Logistic regression analyses revealed ERI was significantly associated with higher odds of being depressed(OR=1.68,95%CI:1.28~2.20),overloaded was associated with higher odds of depressive symptoms(OR=2.43,95%CI:2.03~2.92).Perceived organizational support among medical staff was related to significantly decreased odds of depressed(OR=0.76,95%CI:0.67~0.86).Conclusion The extrinsic reasonable workload,rewards and organizational support among medical staff suggest specific actions to improve their mental health.
