正交实验法优选香加皮中总黄酮的提取工艺

摘要
通过正交实验法,优选香加皮药材中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。以香加皮中总黄酮的提取率作为指标,采用超声辅助法对香加皮药材中总黄酮进行提取,以乙醇浓度(A)、超声时间(B)、温度(C)三个提取条件进行单因素实验,在单因素实验的基础上,设计三因素三水平的正交试验。对香加皮中总黄酮提取影响最大的因素是温度,超声辅助法提取香加皮总黄酮的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度90%,温度60℃,超声时间为35 min,药渣重复提取一次。在此工艺条件下香加皮中总黄酮的提取率为2.313%。用超声辅助法进行香加皮总黄酮提取操作简便、提取率高,此数据结果可为香加皮的进一步研究提供理论依据。
        The optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from cortex periplocae was preferred by orthogonal experiment. The extraction ratio of total flavonoids from cortex periplocae was considered as index, the flavonoids were extracted by ultrasonic assisted method. Single factor experiment with ethanol concentration(A), ultrasonic time(B) and temperature(C) as three conditions was carried out. Based on the single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was designed. The results showed that the most important factor affecting the extraction of total flavonoids from cortex periplocae was the temperature. The optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from cortex periplocae by ultrasonic assisted method were as follows: the ethanol concentration90%, the temperature 60 ℃,the ultrasonic time 35 min. The dregs were extracted again. Under above condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids from cortex periplocae was 2.313%. Ultrasound-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from cortex periplocae is simple and efficient. The results of this data can provide theoretical basis for the further study of cortex periplocae.
