“9S”管理在手术室物品管理中应用的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨在施以手术室物品管理过程中,分析"9S"管理的临床应用价值。方法选择我院2016年1—11月80例手术患者以及20名手术医师作为实验对照组,此阶段未进行9S管理进行;选择我院2017年1—11月80例手术患者以及20名手术医师作为实验观察组,此阶段进行9S管理;就手术室护理服务情况展开问卷调查分析,最终对调查结果加以分析。结果同对照组比较,在取用物品时间、护理服务满意度以及手术间在位率等方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对手术室物品施以规范化管理以及标准化管理,可将巡回护理人员走动频次以及进出手术间频次显著减少,从而使得手术间在位率获得显著提高,最终使得工作效率得以显著提高。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of "9 S" management in the process of operating room management. Methods The patients in our hospital from January to November 2016 and 20 surgeons were selected as the experimental control group, which did not conduct 9 S management. In this stage, we chose our hospital from January to November of 2017 and 20 surgeons as the experimental observation group to conduct 9 S management. Analyze the situation of nursing service in the operating room and analyze the results. Results Compared with the control group, the difference in the observation group was statistically significant(P < 0.05) in terms of the time of use, the satisfaction of nursing service and the interoperation between the surgeries. Conclusion The application of standardized management and standardized management in operating room items, can reduce the frequency of walking and in and out of operation room of nursing staff, increase position rate of operation room, improve work efficiency.
