摘要

目的探究北京市朝阳区豆各庄社区老年2型糖尿病患者心理健康现状及其影响因素。方法纳入老年2型糖尿病患者350例作为本研究研究对象,收集患者临床资料。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析患者焦虑的独立影响因素。结果本研究中,118例老年2型糖尿病患者具有焦虑症状,患病率为33.71%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明:性别、教育程度及婚姻状态为焦虑的独立影响因素。结论北京市朝阳区豆各庄地区老年2型糖尿病患者焦虑的发生率呈中等水平,患者性别、教育程度及婚姻状态为焦虑的独立影响因素。
        Objective The study aimed to describe the status ofmental health in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and investigate its influencing factors. Methods Easy sampling method was used to select 350 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. The clinical data of patients were collected. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the independent factors of anxiety. Results In this study, 118 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were with anxiety, the prevalence rate was 33.71%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,education levelandmarital status were independent influencing factors of anxiety. Conclusion The incidence of anxiety in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Dougezhuang District, Chaoyang District, Beijing was moderate.Sex, education level and marital status were independent influencing factors of anxiety.
