心理弹性在急性心肌梗死患者希望水平与创伤后成长间的中介作用

摘要
目的探讨心理弹性在急性心肌梗死患者的希望水平与创伤后成长间的中介作用,为提高患者创伤后成长提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法,运用Herth希望量表(HHI)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)对辽宁省锦州市3所三级甲等医院的急性心肌梗死患者进行调查,SPSS21. 0与AMOS22. 0对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果希望水平得分为(29. 31±8. 35)分、心理弹性得分为(65. 06±14. 25)分、创伤后成长得分为(60. 59±13. 66)分,希望水平得分与心理弹性得分、创伤后成长得分均呈正相关(r=0. 556,P <0. 001; r=0. 542,P <0. 001),心理弹性得分与创伤后成长得分呈正相关(r=0. 496,P <0. 001),心理弹性在希望水平与创伤后成长间有中介作用,中介效应占总效应的28. 9%。结论心理弹性是急性心肌梗死患者希望水平与创伤后成长间的中介变量,希望水平主要通过心理弹性间接作用于患者的创伤后成长。
Objective To explore the mediating role of resilience between the hope level and post-traumatic growth in patients with acute myocardial infarction( AMI),and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the post-traumatic growth of patients. Methods By using the convenience sampling method,we investigated the patients with acute myocardial infarction in3 top three hospitals in Jinzhou,Liaoning Province using Herth Hope Index( HHI),the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale( CD-RISC) and Chinese-Posttraumatic Growth Inventory( C-PTGI). SPSS21. 0 and AMOS22. 0 were used for data analysis. Results The scores of hope level,resilience and posttraumatic growth were( 29. 31 ± 8. 35),( 65. 06 ± 14. 25) and( 60. 59 ± 13. 66),respectively. The hope level score was positively correlated with the resilience score and the posttraumatic growth score( r = 0. 556,P < 0. 001; r = 0. 542,P < 0. 001). The resilience score was positively correlated with the posttraumatic growth score( r = 0. 496,P < 0. 001). Resilience played a mediating role between the hope level and post-traumatic growth,and the mediation effect accounted for 28. 9% of the total effect. Conclusion Resilience is an intermediate variable between hope level and post-traumatic growth in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and the hope level indirectly affects the post-traumatic growth of patients mainly through resilience.
