摘要
研究了木屑对三种不同重金属(铅、铜、镉)的吸附特性,通过批次吸附试验探究了温度、溶液pH值、木屑颗粒大小、吸附时间、初始溶液质量浓度等因素对吸附效果的影响,同时探讨了吸附过程的动力学和吸附等温线。结果表明:随着吸附时间的增加,木屑对重金属的吸附量逐渐增加并最终达到平衡状态;木屑对重金属的吸附量随着温度、溶液pH值和初始溶液质量浓度的增加而增加,随着木屑颗粒大小的增加而减小;木屑对不同重金属的吸附效果依次排序为:铅,铜,镉;木屑对三种重金属(铅、铜、镉)的吸附过程均符合拟二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温线模型;木屑可以作为一种价格低廉的吸附材料应用于重金属污染水的处理中。
        The adsorption characteristics of heavy metal ions(lead, copper and cadmium) from aqueous solution by sawdust were investigated. Batch adsorption experiments under different temperatures, solution pH values, particle sizes of sawdust, adsorption times and initial solution concentration were conducted. The adsorption kinetic and isotherm characteristics were also investigated. Results show that: with increasing adsorption time, the amount of heavy metal ions adsorbed by sawdust increased and then reached equilibrium situation; the amount of heavy metal ions adsorbed by sawdust increased with the increase of temperature, solution pH value and initial solution concentration, while decreased with increasing particle size of sawdust; the sequence of absorption capacity was as follows: lead>copper>cadmium; the adsorption process of heavy metal ions by sawdust followed the Pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm model very well. Sawdust is a potential adsorbent for waste water treatment.
