感染性心内膜炎合并心衰的内科护理

摘要
目的探讨内科护理对感染性心内膜炎合并心衰的影响。方法选取2014年2月~2015年2月在我院治疗的感染性心内膜炎合并心衰的患者13例作为研究对象,进行内科护理,护理措施主要包括,抗生素的应用管理、血培养的抽取时机的把握、注意事项等,预防并发症的发生。结果 13例患者中,2例因脾大重度贫血转往综合性医院治疗,1例转往外院手术治疗,其余10例经内科治疗护理后好转均治愈出院,随访的3个月~5年,未出现感染。结论内科护理为感染性心膜炎合并心衰患者,争取了顺利接受外科手术治疗最佳时机,打好基础,提高患者的生活质量,提高医院的医疗水平,应在临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of medical care on infective endocarditis complicated with heart failure.Methods The medical nursing in our hospital treatment of 13 cases of infective endocarditis complicated with heart failure patients, nursing measures including the application, management of antibiotics, the extraction of the timing of blood culture, precautions, prevention of complications.Results In 13 cases, 2 cases of severe anemia due to splenomegaly transferred to hospital treatment,1 cases transferred to hospital surgical treatment,the remaining 10 cases improved after nursing after medical treatment were cured,follow-up of 3 months to 5 years,there was no infection.Conclusion Medical care for infective endocarditis in patients with heart failure, strive for the successful surgery for the best time to lay a good foundation,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the level of medical treatment,should be in clinical use.
