摘要
目的:研究粉碎对菟丝子中金丝桃苷含量测定结果的影响。方法:采用不同效能的粉碎机、不同的粉碎时间等,对菟丝子药材进行粉碎,通过测定过筛后粉末中金丝桃苷的含量,以重点考察粉碎对测定结果的影响。结果:粉碎是影响菟丝子金丝桃苷含量高低的关键因素,而金丝桃苷在菟丝子种子不同部位的分布存在较大差异,其中种皮与最难粉碎部位中含量较低。结论:由于菟丝子较难粉碎,而金丝桃苷含量在种子各部位的分布不均,含量测定中的粉碎是关键操作步骤。本研究为进一步完善粉碎要求提供了一定的实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the influence of pulverization on the content determination of hyperoside in Semen Cuscutae. Methods: Semen Cuscutae was pulverized for the different time with the different pulverizers, and the content of hyperoside in the sieved powder was determined to evaluate the influence of pulverization on the test results. Results: Pulverization was the key influence factor of the content determination of hyperoside in Semen Cuscutae. The content of hyperoside in Semen Cuscutae was significantly different in different parts of the seeds, and the content of hyperoside in seed coat and hardest crushing part was lower. Conclusion: The pulverization was the most important operation step in the content determination of hyperoside because Semen Cuscutae was difficult to be pulverized and hyperoside was unevenly distributed in different parts of seeds. The study provided some experimental basis for the requirements on improvement of the pulverization.
