成都市部分大学生对HPV预防性疫苗认知态度影响因素调查

摘要
目的了解成都市大学生对人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)及其预防性疫苗的认知态度,分析影响其对HPV疫苗接受程度的因素。方法采用方便抽样法,对成都市3所高校的大学生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷294份,对问卷数据进行统计分析。结果 79(26. 9%)名大学生听说过HPV,71(24. 1%)名大学生听说过HPV预防性疫苗。179(62. 2%)名大学生表示愿意接种疫苗,225(76. 5%)名会鼓励伴侣/将来的伴侣接种。不愿接种疫苗的理由中,担心疫苗的安全性占73. 4%(80/109)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,女性较男性的接种意愿高,知道HPV感染与宫颈癌等疾病有关的大学生接种意愿更高。结论大学生对HPV及其预防性疫苗的认知度较以往有所提高,接种意愿受对该疫苗认知程度的影响。建议政府以疫苗安全性为重点开展健康教育,制定高危人群倾斜性政策。同时建议国产疫苗加快研发并在本调查基础上制定合理的价格,从而在大学生中得以推广。
Objective To investigate the college students' awareness and attitudes towards human papillomavirus( HPV) and its vaccines in Chengdu and analyze the influencing factors. Methods Through the convenience sampling method,the college students from 3 universities in Chengdu were surveyed,and 294 questionnaires were valid. All data was analyzed by using statistical methods. Results There were 79( 26. 9%) students heard of HPV and 71( 24. 1%) heard of HPV vaccines. The number of willing to be vaccinated were 179( 62. 2%) students,and there were 225( 76. 5%) students encouraged their partner/future partner to be vaccinated. Among the reasons for unwilling to vaccination,participants who chose "worrying about the safety of vaccine"accounted for 72. 8%. The multi-factor regression analysis showed that female students was more willing to take the HPV vaccine than male students,and participants who knew more about HPV and cervical carcinoma were more willing to be vaccinated.Conclusion The level of awareness of HPV and its vaccine among college students in Chengdu has been improved comparing to the past investigations,and it affects the HPV inoculation willingness. Given this, the health education programs focusing on the safety of HPV vaccine,the development of domestic vaccines should be accelerated,and the reasonable prices should be established and adjusted on the basis of this study,which will help improve the acceptance of the vaccine among college students and expanding HPV vaccination program.
