基于托轮振动的回转窑故障诊断研究

摘要
为检测回转窑的早期故障,建立了筒体—托轮的动力学模型。利用MATLAB四阶龙格库塔算法获得了托轮位移的仿真信号,经分析得到了筒体热弯曲故障和轴线偏移故障与托轮信号变化的对应规律。比较常用于分析非平稳信号的小波分析(WT)和经验模态分解(EMD)两种方法,发现EMD方法更适合分析处理实际托轮信号。采用EMD方法处理托轮信号,并根据处理结果进行故障诊断,同时与采用传统的测量结果进行对比验证,结果验证了动力学模型的正确性及EMD方法的有效性。
        To detect the early fault of the rotary kiln,a dynamic model of shell-roller is established in this work. The fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is used in MATLAB to generate the simulated displacement signal of the roller. The correlations between the signal of the wheel and the faults,in terms of hot bending of the cylinder and the deviation of the axis,have been revealed from the model. By comparing two commonly used methods of wavelet analysis and empirical mode decomposition(EMD),it is found that the EMD method is more suitable for the actual roller signal than the wavelet analysis. Validation study has been conducted by comparing the fault diagnosing results obtained from the EMD method and the conventional method. It verifies the correctness of the dynamic model and the effectiveness of the EMD method.
