摘要
电子商务在我国的快速发展给电子商务物流"最后一公里"提出了更高的要求。目前电子商务物流"最后一公里"服务中存在的问题已成为研究的热点。文章通过对苏州市电商物流"最后一公里"服务现状的调查,分析苏州市电商物流"最后一公里"服务中存在的问题,并提出了提升电商物流"最后一公里"服务质量的改进思路,以期为制定进一步的改进措施提供借鉴。
The rapid development of electronic commerce in our country has posed higher requirements for the "last kilometer" of electronic commerce logistics. At present, the problems existing in the "last kilometer" service of e-commerce logistics have become the focus of research. Based on the investigation of the present situation of the "last kilometer" service of e-commerce logistics in Suzhou City, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the suggestions on improving the "last kilometer" service quality of e-commerce logistics, in order to provide reference for the formulation of further improvement measures.
