罗定市2015-2017年不同级别医疗机构消毒效果比较

摘要
目的:统计并比较罗定市2015-2017年不同级别医疗机构消毒效果。方法:选取2015年1-12月医疗机构的550份消毒对象标本为A组,2016年1-12月的560份标本为B组,2017年1-12月的558份标本为C组。比较三组的消毒标本合格率,并比较三组中不同级别医疗机构的合格率,同时比较不同项目的合格率。结果:三组的消毒标本合格率呈现升高的趋势,C组的合格率高于A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且三组中二级及以上医院及社区医疗机构的合格率均高于诊所,C组的压力蒸汽灭菌合格率低于其他项目,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B组各个项目的合格率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:罗定市2015-2017年不同级别医疗机构消毒效果呈现改善的趋势,且以诊所的合格率相对较低,应给予充分的重视。
        Objective:To analyze and compare the disinfection effect of different levels of medical institutions in Luoding City from 2015 to 2017.Method:550 samples of disinfection objects in medical institutions from January 2015 to December 2015 were chosen as group A,560 samples from January 2016 to December 2016 were chosen as group B,558 samples from January 2017 to December 2017 were chosen as group C.Then the disinfection specimen qualified rates of three groups were compared,and the qualified rates of medical institutions with different levels were compared too,then the qualified rates of different items were compared.Result:The disinfection specimen qualified rates of three groups showed increasing trend,and the qualified rates of group C were higher than those of group A and B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the qualified rates of grade two and above hospitals,community medical institutions in three groups were higher than those of clinics,the rates of community medical institutions were higher than those of clinics,and the qualified rate of pressure steam sterilization in group C was lower than other items,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while all items qualified rates of group A and B were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The disinfection effect of different levels of medical institutions in Luoding City from 2015 to 2017 show improvement trend,and the qualified rates of clinics are relatively lower,so they should be paid to more attention.
