摘要
基于提高劳动效率、降低劳动强度的原则,研发一种新型可控连杆式香蕉种植开坑机。该机具有开坑效率高、安全可控、成本低等特点。首先,介绍新型可控连杆式香蕉种植开坑机的结构;其次,根据高等机构学的理论,对该新型香蕉种植开坑机结构进行运动学分析;最后,根据机械动力学理论,对新型香蕉种植开坑机进行动力学分析,得出该新型结构的动力学特性,并通过数学分析软件MATLAB进行仿真分析,验证该新型结构的可靠性和实用性。
Based on the principle of improving labor efficiency and reducing labor intensity, a new type of controllable connecting rod type banana planting crater was researched. This machine has the advantages of high efficiency, safety and low cost. Firstly, it was introduced the structure of the new type of the banana planting crater. Secondly, according to the agency theory, the banana planting crater structure was analyzed. Finally, according to the theory of mechanical dynamics, the dynamic characteristics of the banana planting crater were analyzed, and the result was analyzed by the mathematical analysis software MATLAB. It was validated the reliability and practicability of the new structure.
