摘要
在终身学习和终身教育的大背景下,教师教育培训是提升教师专业发展、优化教师队伍的重要渠道。而当下教师教育中通常的"经院式"培训日渐显现出不适应学校和教师个性化内在发展需求的问题,特别是在新一轮课改进程中,"经院式"培训的种种弊端更加凸显,学校和教师个人迫切需要更具针对性和实操性的培训方式,十堰一中针对此种情况,结合学校自身教学实际,通过树立先进的发展理念、开展扎实有效的校本教研活动等实践探索,走出了一条适合本校发展的、具有个性化特征的,促进教师专业发展的校本培训之路。
        In the background of lifelong learning and lifelong education,the education and training of teachers is an important channel for enhancing teachers' professional development and optimizing the teaching staff.However,the Scholastic training,commonly employed nowadays,fails to meet the needs of the internal development of schools and teachers.In particular,its various disadvantages are becoming increasingly obvious in the new round of curriculum reform.Therefore,both schools and teachers are in desperate need of specific,targeted and practical training,for which Shiyan No.1 Middle School,based on its teaching reality,has blazed a trail for its school-based training by establishing an advanced development idea and carrying out effective and practical school-based teaching &researching activities.With distinctive features,this new form of training suits the development of the school and aims to promote the teachers' professional development.
