流感病毒生命周期研究进展

摘要
流感病毒引起急性呼吸道感染,分为季节性流感和大流行流感。季节性流感每年都有发生,感染后可以导致肺炎和急性呼吸道衰竭,往往并发细菌共感染。大流行流感每隔一段时间发生一次,具有高致病性特点。近年来大流行流感频繁暴发,带来了巨大的经济和社会负担。本文从流感病毒生物学、生命周期等方面进行简要综述,有助于为预防和治疗流感病毒感染提供策略。
        Influenza viruses cause acute respiratory infections, including seasonal epidemics and periodically pandemics. The seasonal influenza that occurs yearly lead to severe pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome, often accompanied by bacterial co-infection. Pandemic influenza occurs at regular intervals and is highly pathogenic. In recent years, the frequent outbreak of pandemic influenza has brought huge economic losses and social burden. In this paper we reviewed the biology and life cycle of influenza virus, which contributes to making strategies for the prevention and treatment of influenza virus infection.
