凝胶泡沫材料在矿井防灭火中的应用

摘要
综放工作面采空区条件复杂,容易发生遗煤自燃,是矿井开采中安全管理的重点和难点,必须采取针对性的防灭火措施。通过分析研究,选取合适的发泡剂和稳泡剂制作凝胶泡沫防灭火材料,在山西某矿4153工作面综放工作面采空区进行现场应用。凝胶泡沫材料对减缓采空区遗煤的氧化放热速率,抑制采空区遗煤自燃有良好的效果。
        The conditions of goaf on fully-mechanized caving face are complex, prone to spontaneous combustion of residual coal, mine mining safety management is the key and difficult, must take targeted fire prevention measures. Through the analysis and research, the suitable foaming agent and foam stabilizer were selected to prepare the gel foam fire extinguishing material. The application in the goaf of the fully mechanized top coal caving face in the 4153 working face of a mine in Shanxi was carried out. Gel foam material has a good effect on slowing down the oxidation heat release rate of the residual coal in the goaf and restraining the spontaneous combustion of the residual coal in the goaf.
