面向结构部位的铁路混凝土结构耐久性研究

摘要
基于多种腐蚀离子共存海洋腐蚀环境下的混凝土结构腐蚀机理,研制耐强腐蚀海洋环境混凝土。结合其结构特点与现实问题,对海南环岛高铁西段铁路桥梁混凝土腐蚀环境进行测试并对其作用等级分级。解释多种腐蚀离子共存海洋腐蚀环境下的混凝土结构腐蚀机理,提出该特殊工况下的混凝土耐久性评价指标体系。针对高温高湿强腐蚀海洋环境混凝土结构提出耐久性提升技术,确定面向结构部位高温高湿强腐蚀海洋环境混凝土结构防腐蚀强化措施。
        Based on corrosion mechanism of concrete structures in severe marine environment, durable concrete has been developed. Combined with concrete structural characteristics and practical issues, the concrete corrosion environment of the railway bridge in the western section of the high-speed railway around Hainan was studied and graded. The corrosion mechanism of concrete structures under multiple corrosive ions has been illustrated,accordingly, the concrete durability evaluation indexes has been proposed. In view of high temperature, high humidity and strong corrosion of marine environment concrete structure, the technical measures for durability improvement for concrete structures have been proposed.
