高马赫数枪枪位对100 t转炉自动炼钢熔池流速的影响

摘要
通过采用数值模拟与冷态水模拟相互印证的手段,以北方某钢厂100 t炼钢转炉为原型,建立了四孔拉瓦尔枪喷头与转炉炉体的三维模型,模拟研究了高马赫数枪枪位变化对熔池内钢液流速的变化状况以及射流的冲击效果的影响。结果表明:随着枪枪位从1.7 m提高到2.5 m,对熔池钢液的冲击能力不断减弱,导致冲击深度不断减小。但是,随着枪位的提高,气射流对钢液的作用面积却不断增大。高马赫数枪位在1.6~2.2 m冲击深度适中,熔池混匀效果最好,此时钢液流速在熔池径向方向上的分布更加均匀,且高速区域占比更大,混匀时间较短,对熔池底部钢液的搅拌效果最好。
        A three-dimensional model of four-hole Laval lance nozzle and converter body was established by using numerical simulation and cold water simulation to verify each other,taking a 100 t steelmaking converter in a northern steel plant as a prototype.The influence of the change of lance level on molten steel flow velocity in molten pool and the impact effect of jet flow were simulated and studied.The results show that with the increase of lance position from 1.7 m to 2.5 m,the impact capacity of molten steel in molten pool decreases and the impact depth decreases.However,with the increase of lance position,the action area of oxygen jet on molten steel is increasing.The lance position of the high Mach number lance is between 1.6 m and 2.2 m,and the impact depth of the lance is moderate.The pool mixing effect is the best.At this time,the distribution of molten steel flow velocity in the radial direction of the pool is more uniform,and the high-speed zone accounts for a larger proportion,the mixing time is shorter,and the stirring effect of molten steel at the bottom of the pool is the best.
