摘要
目的采用Mini-CEX评估法评价妇产科本科教学及住院医师规范化培训教学质量的效果。方法将2018年03月至2018年12月进入妇产科轮转的48名临床医学本科实习医师以及23名规培住院医师作为考核对象。轮转后4周左右采用Mini-CEX进行评估考核。比较两组间病史采集、体格检查、沟通技能、临床判断、人文关怀、组织效能及整体表现方面的差异。结果规培医师组在沟通技能、临床判断、人文关怀、整体表现中均优于实习医师组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在病史采集、体格检查及组织效能上,两组差异未见明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇产科教学中规培医师在临床能力掌握方面优于实习医师。Mini-CEX评估体系可以作为临床能力评估体系逐步在医学院校广泛推广。
        Objective To evaluate the effects of Mini-CEX evaluation method in undergraduate education and standardized training of residency in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 48 clinical medicine undergraduate interns and 23 residents with standardized training were recruited from March 2018 to December 2018.Mini-CEX was used to compare the differences of history collection,physical examination,communication skills,clinical judgment,humanistic care,organizational effectiveness and overall performance between these two groups after four weeks.Results The residents were superior to the interns in communication skills,clinical judgment,humanistic care and overall performance(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in history collection,physical examination and organizational effectiveness between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionIn the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics,residents with standardized training are superior to interns in clinical competence.Mini-CEX evaluation method can be widely promoted in medical colleges as clinical competence evaluation system.
