摘要
目的:探讨多排螺旋CT增强扫描对肝脏包虫病的影像诊断价值。方法:收集在我院肝脏包虫病患者术后病理证实病例,术前对肝脏包虫病患者在平扫的基础上行CT动态增强扫描。结果:54例患者病例中大多数肝包虫在CT动态增强扫描中均显示无明显强化特征,部分病灶动脉期出现轻度强化与囊周及囊内感染有关,肝包虫病的CT影像特点较典型。观察动态三期扫描肝包虫病强化特征,并且利用多排CT后处理软件重建功能观察包虫占位周围血管走形及特点为临床提供更好的诊疗价值。结论:利用多排CT的增强扫描观察肝脏包虫占位病变的强化特点可与其它肝脏占位病变的鉴别诊断,进一步明确包虫病影像诊断,观察包虫周围血管走向为临床手术治疗提供更好价值。
        Objective: To explore the imaging diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in liver echinococcosis. Methods: The cases were confirmed by postoperative pathology in patients with liver echinococcosis in our hospital. Results: Most of the 54 patients showed no obvious enhancement in the dynamic enhanced CT scan. Slight enhancement in arterial phase was associated with pericyst and intracystic infection. CT features of liver echinococcosis are typical. To observe the enhanced features of liver echinococcosis in three phases. In addition, the reconstruction function of multi-slice CT postprocessing software was used to observe the vessel shape and characteristics around hydatid space and provide better clinical value for diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion: The enhanced features of hepatic hydatid space-occupying lesions can be identified and diagnosed with other liver space-occupying lesions by multi-slice CT scan. Further clarify the imaging diagnosis of echinococcosis, observation of the vascular alignment around the hydatid provides better value for clinical surgical treatment.
