冰球运动员伤病特征与影响因素研究综述

摘要
综述国内外有关冰球运动员伤病的研究文献,对其伤病特征及影响因素进行总结与分析。结果表明:国外学者往往借助运动员伤病官方网站的数据或各队队医提供的数据进行伤病率的统计,国内学者主要通过问卷调查的方式统计;国外每1 000名运动员的伤病率为3. 03-39. 6,其中12~20岁为伤病的高发期;国内按受伤人数占总人数的百分比统计,得出我国的伤病发生率为65. 5%~88. 5%。冰球运动员比赛中的伤病发生率是训练中的3倍,其损伤部位主要集中在头部和颈部、肩部、膝关节;损伤中最常见的伤病为脑震荡、挫伤、扭伤、拉伤及膝关节内侧副韧带损伤;其中男子的伤病率明显高于女子,比赛中运动员的伤病主要来自队员之间、队员与界墙之间、队员与球杆及球之间的冲撞。建议:我国建立冰球运动员伤病数据库,及时全面了解我国冰球运动员的伤病情况,并提出预防运动员伤病的措施;同时规定我国青少年冰球运动员允许合理冲撞的年龄,建立我国冰球运动防护措施体系,以促进冰球项目在我国快速健康的发展。
This paper reviews the domestic and international ice hockey related literature,and summarizes the characteristics and influencing factors of ice hockey injury.The results show that foreign scholars often use the data from the official website of athletes' injuries and diseases or the data provided by team doctors to calculate the injuries and diseases rate.
