摘要
电机主轴系统中定转子间不均匀间隙会在气隙磁导的作用下产生不均衡的电磁力,从而对电主轴的加工性能以及设备安全构成极大的危害。通过理论公式推导出气隙磁场的组成要素;基于气隙电磁场分析以及Ansoft有限元建模,对电主轴偏心电磁力进行了深入的研究,得出了气隙网格控制的一般条件以及不同偏心下气隙磁场的变化规律;研究了电磁力密度随偏心位移的增长趋势,并且分析了对电主轴电磁力特性起主要作用的是低次、奇数谐波。研究结果对实际工艺中主轴振动以及回转精度的影响提供了理论支撑。
        The uneven air gap between the stator and the rotor in the motor spindle system will produce an unbalanced electromagnetic pulling force under the action of the air gap permeance, which will greatly harm the processing performance of the electric spindle and the safety of the equipment. The components of the air gap magnetic field are derived by theoretical formulas; Based on the analysis of air gap electromagnetic field and Ansoft finite element modeling, the eccentric electromagnetic force of the electric spindle is deeply studied. The general conditions of air gap grid control and the variation law of air gap magnetic field under different eccentricities are obtained. The growth trend of electromagnetic force density with eccentric displacement is studied, and the low-order and odd-numbered harmonics that play an important role in the electromagnetic force characteristics of motorized spindle are analyzed. The research results provide theoretical support for the influence of spindle vibration and rotation accuracy in the actual process.
