农产品质量安全视阈下农户生产技术选择行为研究——以陕西省猕猴桃种植户为例

摘要
农户作为农产品的直接生产者及责任主体,其对现代农业技术的偏好及选择行为直接关联到农产品的质量安全。基于588户果农调研数据,运用Ordered Logit模型对陕西省猕猴桃种植户质量安全生产技术选择行为进行实证分析。结果表明:果品种植面积、果品收入比、是否加入农业经济组织、果品认证作用、是否参加过质量安全控制培训、是否按规施用农药对农户果品质量安全生产技术使用量具有显著的正向作用,年龄、劳动力数量负向效应显著,性别、文化程度、果品种植年限则影响不显著。为了有效调节猕猴桃种植户质量安全生产技术选择行为以提高猕猴桃质量安全水平,建议积极推动土地流转以逐步扩大果品种植面积;培育新型职业果农,并引导果农加入农业经济组织,加大果品质量认证力度;强化果品质量安全控制培训,努力构建果品质量监管体系;有效整合优质人力资源以搞好果农代际传承。
As the direct producer and responsibility owner of agricultural products,farmers' preference and choice of modern agricultural technology are directly associated with the quality and safety of agricultural products.Based on 588 fruit farmers' survey data,the paper empirically analyzed kiwifruit growers' technology option behavior of fruit's quality and safety in Shaanxi by using Ordered Logit model.The results show that:because the model's overall fitting effect is good,we can make use of it to effectively reveal kiwifruit growers' decision-making mechanism of technology option behavior of fruit's quality and safety.Fruit acreage,fruit income ratio,whether to join the economic organization of agriculture,the role of fruit certification,whether to participate in quality and safety control training,whether to use pesticides according to regulation have positive significant effect on the farmers' use of fruit's technology of quality and safety,and the age and labor force's number has significant negative effect,while gender,educational level,fruit planting years have no significant effect.In order to effectively regulate kiwifruit growers' technology option behavior of fruit's quality and safety in Shaanxi so as to improve the quality and safety of kiwifruit as a whole,we should actively promote land transfer to gradually expand fruit area,cultivate a new type of professional fruit farmers,guide fruit growers to join agricultural economy organization,strengthen certification of fruit quality,strengthen training of fruit quality and safety control,build a fruit quality supervision system and effectively integrate high quality human resources so as to do well the intergenerational inheritance of fruit farmers.
