摘要

以江苏省654家不同村庄的生猪养殖户为样本,从破窗效应情境分析村域小农户是否采用粪污治理技术的不同后果;结合使用统一理论模型(UTAUT)考察影响小农户生猪粪污治理技术使用态度的主要因素,探讨农村环境污染的破窗效应如何"破"题。结果表明:社会影响、绩效预期、努力预期、便利条件和养殖户特征均显著影响养殖户粪污治理技术使用态度。其中,社会影响和绩效预期分列前两位。破窗效应之"破",首先可以考虑通过具有共同经济利益诉求的村域社会网络,利用"精英人物"的影响力,与政府支持相配合,引导小农户使用生猪粪污治理技术。
        Take the cases of 654 small-scale pig farmers in the counties of Jiangsu province as samples,the adoption consequences of waste treatment technology in small householders were analyzed from the situation of Break Pane Law theory. Also,UTAUT model was taken to analyze the main factors influencing the using attitudes of smallholders toward pig waste treatment technology and to explore how the Break Pane Law in rural ecological environment pollution was"broken". Results show that Social Influence( SI),Performance Expectancy( PE),Effort Expectancy( EE),Facilitating Conditions( FC),Individual Characteristics( IC) are all powerful affecting factors,and the SI and PE are ranking top two respectively. Therefore,for the"broken"of Break Pane Law,we should firstly take social network into consideration and utilize the influence of " Elite" in the village. Meanwhile,with the supports of the government,guide smallholders to adopt the pig waste treatment technology as soon as possible.
