K9光学玻璃零件的火焰抛光研究

摘要
火焰抛光是一种运用于光学玻璃零件深加工的新技术,通过分析温度对光学零件表面粗糙度(透过率)的影响,以及温度对光学零件表面面型的影响,制定电加热的光学零件火焰抛光工艺方法,并通过正交实验制定K9光学零件的火焰抛光工艺参数。本项技术的实施可大幅度降低成本,并减轻劳动强度,提高工效,有推广应用价值。
        Fire-Polishing is a new technology used in the deep processing of optical glass parts, By analyzing the influence of temperature on the surface roughness(transmittance) of optical parts and the influence of temperature on the surface profile of optical parts, The process method of Fire-Polishing by electric heating Optical lens is formulated.Process parameters of Fire-Polishing for the K9 optical lens are made by orthogonal experiment. The implementation of this technology can greatly reduce costs, reduce labor intensity, improve efficiency,It has the value of promotion and application.
