“以需求为导向”的护理本科生儿科临床技能培训需求研究

摘要
目的调查护理本科实习生儿科护理技能培训的需求,为针对性实施儿科护理临床技能培训提供参考。方法便利抽取重庆医科大学2014级的268名护理本科实习生作为研究对象,采用自行设计问卷,以匿名填表的方法进行调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 92.54%的调查对象认为有必要进行院级技能培训;需求排行前5位的培训内容依次为头皮静脉输液法、新生儿心肺复苏术、静脉留置管术、儿童心肺复苏术和股静脉穿刺法;49.63%的护理本科实习生认为以每周培训1次;48.51%认为技能培训总时间安排在3 d比较合适;对于培训方式的选择首选"教师示教-小组练习";传统的技能考核方式更受欢迎。结论护理本科实习生对儿科临床技能培训有相应需求,应建立以"需求为导向"的儿科护理技能培训方案,提高培训效能。
        Objective To investigate the training needs of pediatric nursing skills in undergraduate nursing interns, and to propose an orientation guide for further designing training courses for them. Methods 268 undergraduate nursing interns from Chongqing medical university was selected using convenience sampling method. Self-designed questionnaires coupled with anonymous filling method were used to investigate the training needs. The results of the survey were analyzed statistically. Results 92.54% of the respondents thought it necessary to carry out skills training at the college level. The top five training items demanded were the scalp vein infusion, neonatal cardiopulmonary resuscitation, intravenous indwelling catheterization, children's cardiopulmonary resuscitation and femoral vein puncture. 49.63% of nursing undergraduate interns thought that they should be trained once a week. 48.51% thought that the total time of skill training should be arranged in three days. As for training mode, teacher instruction plus group practice stood as the first choice; Traditional skills assessment was accepted much easier than the recently introduced. Conclusion Nursing undergraduate interns have a corresponding demand for pediatric clinical skills training. A demand-oriented training program for pediatric nursing skills should be established to improve the training efficiency.
