摘要

目的:建立散瘀止痛凝胶膏剂的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对散瘀止痛凝胶膏剂中的大黄进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对大黄中的大黄酸进行含量测定。结果:TLC鉴别方法斑点清晰,阴性无干扰,简单可行;大黄酸在0.23～1.38μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为97.65%(RSD=1.25%)。结论:该实验所建立的质量标准控制方法操作简便可靠,重复性好,可用于散瘀止痛凝胶膏剂的质量控制。
        Objective:To establish the quality control standard for Sangyuzhitong Cataplasm.Methods:Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine Rhubarb acid.Results:The TLC spots were clear,and the method was simple with strong specificity.The calibration curve of HPLC was linear in the range of 0.23～1.38μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 97.65%(RSD=1.25%).Conclusion:The quality standard established inthis research was rapid,curate,and can be used to control the quality of Sangyuzhitong Cataplasm.
