论习近平对共同富裕思想的新发展

摘要
实现共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是我们党的重要使命。十一届三中全会后,邓小平提出先富带后富的共同富裕思想,使中国经济迅速腾飞,取得举世瞩目成就。但随着经济的发展,出现了一些发展不平衡不充分的突出问题,如城乡区域发展不平衡、收入分配差距依然较大等问题。在中国特色社会主义进入了新时代的历史条件下,习近平创造性地发展和丰富了共同富裕思想。主要表现在:我国社会主要矛盾的转化是实现共同富裕的现实依据,"五大发展"新理念是共同富裕的指导方针,中华民族伟大复兴中国梦是实现共同富裕的目标,"四个全面"整体协调推进是实现共同富裕的战略布局,让人民生活更幸福是实现共同富裕的根本落脚点,精准扶贫落地见效是实现共同富裕的必经之路。
Achieving the common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important mission of Communist Party of China. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, Deng Xiaoping put forward the idea of "the Rich First Pushing Those Being Rich Later", which made China's economy take off rapidly and remarkable achievements were obtained. However, with the development of economy, there are some prominent problems of insufficient development imbalance, such as the imbalance of urban and rural regional development and the still large gap of income distribution. Under the historical condition that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, General Secretary Xi Jinping has creatively developed and enriched the thought of common prosperity. The main manifestations are as follows: the transformation of the main social contradictions is the realistic basis for achieving common prosperity; the "Five Development" new concept is the guiding principles for achieving common prosperity; the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the goal of achieving common prosperity; the overall and coordinated promotion of the "Four Comprehensives" is the strategic layout for achieving common prosperity; and the good and happy life of the people is the fundamental foothold for realizing common prosperity and precise support; and accurate poverty alleviation is the only way to achieve common prosperity.
