摘要
目的观察雾化吸入生姜精油、橘皮精油及食醋对小鼠晕动症的预防作用。方法预先分别使小鼠雾化吸入(0. 1 ml/只) 15 min生姜精油、橘皮精油、食醋雾化吸入后制备晕动症模型,立即观察小鼠的晕动症症状、旷地行为实验和爬绳实验,评价上述3种物质对晕动症小鼠的预防作用。结果旷地行为实验发现,雾化吸入生姜精油的小鼠四肢恢复时间、尾巴离地时间明显短于对照组(P<0. 05),雾化吸入橘皮精油有助于小鼠的四肢运动恢复且可明显增加小鼠抓脸次数(P<0. 05),雾化吸入食醋可缩短小鼠四肢恢复时间和腹部离地时间(P<0. 05);雾化吸入生姜精油、橘皮精油、食醋能显著降低小鼠晕动症状评分(P<0. 05);与对照组相比,生姜精油组、食醋组小鼠爬绳所用时间明显减少(P<0. 05),橘皮精油组未见明显差异(P>0. 05)。结论雾化吸入生姜精油、橘皮精油、食醋对小鼠晕动症有不同程度的抗晕动病作用。
