摘要
本文分析了聚氨酯泡沫喷涂工艺的先进性,总结了泡沫喷涂工艺相比传统保温管工艺生产的聚氨酯保温层的优点,通过对市场需求的展望,提出了大口径钢制管道泡沫喷涂聚氨酯成型工艺潜在的市场价值及其可推广性。
This article analyses the advancement of polyurethane foam spraying process, summarizes the foam spraying process compared with the traditional thermal insulation pipe production in the advantage of polyurethane thermal insulation layer, through the outlook of the market demand, put forward of large diameter steel pipe foam polyurethane spray molding process, the potential market value and its potential replication.
