摘要

党外知识分子是党和国家人才队伍的重要组成部分,是建设社会主义和谐社会的重要力量。高校作为知识分子最集中的平台,应成为党外知识分子队伍建设的重要阵地。本文从高校党外知识分子队伍出发,探讨新时期、新环境中的党外知识分子队伍建设现状,并针对其存在的问题提出一系列对策,为高校党外知识分子队伍建设提供方向和借鉴。
        The non-party intellectuals are an important part of the party and the national talent team, and it's an important force in building a harmonious socialist society. As the most concentrated platform for intellectuals, universities should become an important position for the construction of non-party intellectuals. Starting from the team of non-party intellectuals in universities, this study discusses the current situation of the construction of non-party intellectuals in the new era and new environment,and proposes a series of countermeasures for its problems, providing direction and reference for the construction of non-party intellectuals in universities.
