摘要
提出一种基于LCOS(Liquid Crystal on Silicon,硅基液晶)的数字变焦透镜的方法。数字透镜的相位调制图控制LCOS调制入射光波,实现LCOS的数字透镜功能。在LCOS上切换不同焦距的相位调制图,可实现基于LCOS的数字变焦透镜的功能。架设基于LCOS光学变焦的系统,将实验结果与理论分析相结合,验证所提方法的可行性。
This paper presents a method of the digital zoom lens based on Liquid Crystal on Silicon( LCOS). The phase diagram of digital lens controls LCOS to modulate the incident lightwaves,achieving the functions of digital lens of LCOS. By switching on the phase modulation diagram with different focal lengths on LCOS,the functions of the digital zoom lens based on LCOS can be realized. By setting up the optical zoom system based on LCOS,and combining the experimental results and theoretical analysis,the feasibility of the method is verified.
