摘要
海面溢油是常见的海洋污染之一,是破坏海洋环境和海洋生态平衡的主要污染源,严重制约了我国海洋生态环境的可持续发展。雷达遥感具有全天候、全天时,能穿透云雾、雨雪等特性,近几十年来得到高速的发展,随着分辨率不断提高,雷达遥感技术逐渐成为海面溢油监测的主流手段。文章对基于SAR图像研究海面溢油遥感识别与检测方法进行总结研究,对于及时、准确地发现海洋溢油现象以及溢油事故发生后的应急处理和溢油污染灾后评估和问责,有着非常重要的科学意义、社会效益和经济效益。
        As one of the common marine pollution, oil spill is the main pollution source that damages the marineenvironment and the marine ecological balance, which seriously restricts the sustainable development of China's marineecological environment. Radar remote sensing has all-weather, all-day, which can penetrate clouds, rain, snow and othercharacteristics, and has developed rapidly in recent decades. Moreover, with the continuous improvement of resolution,radar remote sensing technology has become the mainstream remote sensing method for oil spill monitoring on the seasurface. In this paper, based on SAR image research to the surface of the remote sensing of oil spill identification anddetection methods, the summarized research for timely and accurately find the sea overflow phenomenon of oil and oilspill after the accident emergency response and the oil spill pollution disaster assessment and accountability, has veryimportant scientific significance and social benefits and economic benefits.
