摘要

市场经济环境下,我国市场化程度不断提高,曾经的国有企业也逐渐迈向了自主经营、自我管理的局面。如今市场经济决定了企业管理的方向,市场机制也在不断自我调节。为了适应社会主义市场经济的发展要求,企业必须具有与时俱进的管理理念,建立新的企业文化制度。对企业管理创新进行定义,分析了企业管理创新的发展趋势,强调了企业管理创新的必要性,提出了促进我国企业管理创新的战略措施,最后指明了企业管理创新中应注意的问题。
        The age of market economy improves the level of China's marketization and former state-owned enterprises have gradually moved towards autonomous management and self-management. Today, market economy decides the direction of business management and market mechanisms are also under continuous self-adjustment. In order to adapt to the requirements of socialist market economy, enterprises need to adhere to the management idea of keeping pace with the times, and establish a new enterprise culture system. This paper presents the definition of enterprise management innovation, analyzes the development trend of enterprise management innovation, and emphasizes the need for enterprise management innovation. In the end, it puts forward strategic measures of promoting domestic enterprise management innovation and points out the problems in enterprise management innovation.
