基于ABAQUS的髋臼杯设计研究

摘要
目的确保薄壁烧结髋臼杯的压配变形不会显著影响假体系统的功能特性。方法通过对薄壁烧结髋臼杯进行数值模拟,找出杯口变形量最大的规格;对此规格髋臼杯进行力学试验得出实际杯口变形量,并与已上市产品进行比较。结果通过数值模拟,薄壁烧结髋臼杯杯口形变量最大的规格为54#(髋臼杯外径为54 mm),杯口最大形变量为0.6931 mm;通过对其进行的力学试验,测量其杯口变形量为0.661 mm(实验所得数据与数值模拟数据偏差为4.63%),所对应的杯口刚度为3 025.7 N/mm;通过与DEPUY上市产品Pinnacle现有所有规格的髋臼杯的杯口刚度进行比较,薄壁烧结髋臼杯杯口形变量最大的规格54#髋臼杯的杯口刚度优于Pinnacle杯口变形量最大的规格(同样为54#规格)。结论本文中的薄壁烧结髋臼杯拥有足够的刚度,其变形量不会影响髋臼内衬、股骨球头的正确定位和锁定,不会影响关节面的润滑和摩擦特性。
        Objective Ensure that the press-fit deformation of thin-walled sintered acetabular shells does not significantly affect the functional features of the prosthesis system.Methods Through the numerical simulation of the thin-walled sintered acetabular shells,the specification of the maximum deformation of the cup mouth was found;the mechanical test of the acetabular shell of this specification was carried out to obtain the actual cup mouth deformation amount,and compared with the products already on the market.Results Through numerical simulation,the maximum specification of the cup mouth shape variable of the thin-walled sintered acetabular shell is 54#(the outer diameter of the acetabular shell is54 mm),and the maximum shape variable of the cup mouth is 0.6931 mm.By the mechanical test on it,the deformation of the cup mouth is measured to be 0.661 mm(the deviation between the experimental data and the numerical simulation data is 4.63%),and the corresponding cup mouth stiffness is 3 025.7 N/mm.Compared with the cup mouth stiffness of all the acetabular shells of Pinnacle's existing specifications,which is listed on the DEPUY market,the cup mouth stiffness of the thin-wall sintered acetabular shell cup mouth shape variable maximum specification 54# is better than that of the Pinnacle acetabular shell(also 54# specifications).Conclusion The Canwell Medical 's thin-wall sintered acetabular shell has sufficient rigidity,and its deformation will not affect the correct positioning and locking of the acetabular liner and femoral ball head,and will not affect the lubrication and friction characteristics of the articular surface.
