摘要
在分析浙江省城市轨道交通行业运行现状与"十三五"期间浙江省综合交通运输体系发展规划的基础上,从人才年龄结构、人才学历结构等方面重点调研并分析了浙江省内典型城市轨道交通运营企业人力资源现状以及供给情况,并就"十三五"期间省内城市轨道交通运营人才岗位、数量、素质需求作出预测分析,为浙江省城市轨道交通运营人力资源建设提供参考。
Based on the operation status of Zhejiang Province's urban rail transit industry and its' development plan for the 13 th five-year plan,the current situation of human resource and talent training were analyzed with a survey,with a focus on a typical local urban rail transit operation company. Form a recruitment view of point,the recruitment position categories,candidate quantity and qualities are analyzed and forecasted,for reference for the human resource construction of the urban rail transit industry of Zhejiang Province.
