摘要
转炉的倾动装置采用的是四点啮合全悬挂-扭力杆平衡装置结构,将二次减速机悬挂吊装在托圈耳轴上,一次减速机凸缘固定在二次减速机背对炉体的一侧,并将一次减速机悬挂在二次减速机上。二次减速机下部的扭力杆平衡装置用于吸收转炉倾动过程中产生的倾动力矩,以减缓转炉倾动的冲击。
BOF tilting device uses a four-point meshing full suspension-torsion balance device structure, the secondary suspension lifting gear trunnion ring in care, a gear reducer flange fixed in the secondary back to the furnace side, and once hung on the secondary gear reducer. The lower part of the second gear torsion bar balancing device for absorbing torque converter tilting tilting power generated in the process, in order to mitigate the impact of converter tilting.
