摘要
采用UG二次开发技术,将注塑模冷却水路按照一个整体实体特征设计,实现水路的布尔计算和干涉检测。系统应用动态链接库技术执行UG/Open API和Visual C++6.0的MFC两个不同模块之间动态链接库文件的调用,通过数据库系统管理冷却水路主要参数和表达式以实现水路和模板的关联,从而完成冷却水路的快速设计和修改。
        Cooling water channel for injection mould was designed as a whole solid feature based on UG development technology,then its boolean calculations and interference detection could be carried out. In the system,dynamic link library files between UG/Upen API and MFC of Visual C++6.0 could be called each other with the help of dynamic link library technology;synchronous design between cooling water channel and mold plate is finished by means of main parameters and expressions which are managed in database system,and then rapid design and modification of cooling water channel can be realized.
