摘要
针对高速旋转修正弹,提出了一种基于DSP的控制系统硬件设计.该控制系统以TMS320F28335为主控制器,采用TMR2303型高灵敏度磁传感器来检测地磁信号.从修正控制原理和系统结构方面阐述了控制系统硬件模块的功能.转台测试及锤击实验表明,该控制系统硬件的抗过载性能好,能够完成对修正舵的姿态控制,满足了设计要求,而且具有体积小、成本和功耗低等特点.
Aiming at high-speed rotation correction missile,a hardware design of control system based on DSP is proposed.The TMS320 F28335 is used as the main controller.TMR2303 high-sensitivity magnetic sensor is used to detect geomagnetic signals.The background,research and development status of the modified technology are introduced.Through modifying the control principle and system structure,the functional modules of the control system hardware are described in detail.Experimental turntable test and hammering test show that the hardware system has good anti-overload performance,which can complete the attitude control of the modified rudder,meet the design requirements,and has the characteristics of small size,low cost,low power consumption and so on.
