摘要
利用ANSYS软件,对夏热冬冷地区5种保温隔热构造的改进屋面进行瞬态传热分析,并评价屋面夏季隔热和冬季保温性能。研究表明,武汉、长沙、南京地区屋面内表面温度波动最大值与保温隔热层厚度的关系分别为y=-0.0148x+1.9649;y=-0.0202x+2.6809;y=-0.0181x+2.3994,满足冬季保温的组合均为60 mm挤塑聚苯板+30 mm加气混凝土碎渣;满足夏季隔热的组合武汉地区为70 mm挤塑聚苯板+30 mm加气混凝土碎渣,长沙、南京地区为80 mm挤塑聚苯板+30 mm加气混凝土碎渣。
        Transient heat transfer of five improved roofs in hot summer and cold winter area is analyzed using ANSYS in this paper,and heat preservation performance of roof in winter and heat insulation performance of roof in summer is estimated. The research shows that,relationship between maximum of surface temperature fluctuation and thickness of preservation-insulation layer in Wuhan Changsha and Nanjing area is y=-0.0148x+1.9649,y=-0.0202x+2.6809,y=-0.0181x+2.3994;60 mm XPS+30 mm aerated concrete slag can meet heat preservation requirement in winter,70 mm XPS+30 mm aerated concrete slag can meet heat insulation requirement of Wuhan in summer,and 80 mm XPS+30 mm aerated concrete slag can meet heat insulation requirement of Changsha and Nanjing area in summer.
