摘要
旋转机械是指主要依靠旋转动作完成特定功能的机械,电动机是驱动风机、水泵、压缩机等旋转机械的主要设备,电动机的用电量占到整个工业用电量的70%以上,是旋转机械中数量最庞大的一类设备,现代化大生产特别强调连续性,要求成套设备可靠,不间断地运行,由于设备运行的中断,哪怕仅仅几小时,其损失就可高达几十万、几百万甚至更多,严重的可能造成成套设备的报废。因此,与之配套的电动机安全可靠地连续运行,显得至关紧要。从对各类在正常运行中的电机的各个敏感参数进行检测,指出其中出现的异常现象,并提出一系列用于诊断的方法和步骤,以帮助电机使用方较早的发现问题,更快的解决问题。
        The rotating machinery refers to the machinery that mainly completes the specific function by rotating action. The electric motor is the main equipment for driving the rotating machineries such as fans, pumps and compressors. The electric power consumption of electric motors accounts for more than 70% of total industrial electricity consumption, and they are the largest number of type of equipments in rotating machineries. The large-scale modern production emphasizes continuity, which requires reliable operation of the complete equipment without interruption. Due to the interruption operation of equipment even a few hours, the loss can be as high as several hundred thousand, millions or more, and the complete sets of equipment may be damaged seriously. Therefore, the safe and reliable continuous operation of the matching motor is crucial. Through testing various sensitive parameters of various types of normally-operated motors, this paper points out the abnormal phenomenon occured in operation, and proposes a series of methods and steps for diagnosis. It can help the motor users find out problems earlier and solve them faster.
