摘要
大峡电站机组原供水系统因蜂窝斜管沉淀池产水量不足、泥沙含量较大,且浑水期经常将1~2台机组采用蜗壳自流供水,导致冷却器管路中吸入大量空气、机组冷却器磨损严重等而产生多种问题,造成多次被迫停机事件。通过对技术改造前原始资料的收集、分析,对供水系统进行了有效的改造,消除了机组安全隐患,使得供水系统的年维护量大大减少,降低了生产成本;供水系统的改造对电站原厂房结构的影响等因素也做到了最小化。
In the original technical water supply system in Daxia Hydropower Station,the supplied water from the honeycomb tube settling pond is insufficient and still of high sediment content. During the muddy water period,the volute selfflow water supply is usually adopted,which leads to the air inhalation in the cooler pipeline and serious abrasion of the unit cooler. Eventually,it causes several unit shutdown accidents. Based on the analysis of the original system,renovation measures are proposed and implemented. After the renovation,the potential safety risks of the units are eliminated.The annual maintenance work of the water supply system is greatly reduced and the production cost is cut down. Also,the influence of the renovation work on the original powerhouse structures is minimized.
