摘要
Z型六角铁氧体(Sr_3Co_2Fe_(24)O_(41))因其在室温低场下表现出较为明显的磁电效应以及优异的高频软磁性能,具有相当大的应用潜力。以硝酸铁、硝酸锶、硝酸钴以及氢氧化钠为原料,采用水热合成法合成了纯净的Z型六角铁氧体。探究了水热反应温度(Th)、水热反应时间(th)、氢氧根与硝酸根摩尔比R(OH~-/NO_3~-)=3y∶1)、锶离子铁离子摩尔比(R(Sr~(2+)/Fe~(3+))=x∶8)、烧结温度Ts及烧结保温时间ts等因素对产物的影响。经过参数优化后,成功制得了纯净的Z型六角铁氧体,并且所制得的Z型六角铁氧体具有自体取向的趋势,其在(00l)方向的取向度从原来的9.6%变为66.2%。
        The Z-type hexagonal ferrites have great potential due to their obvious magnetoelectric effect at room temperature in low magnetic field and their excellent soft magnetic properties in high frequency range. In this paper, pure Z-type hexagonal ferrites(Sr_3Co_2Fe_(24)O_(41)) were synthesized by hydrothermal method. We used ferric nitrate, strontium nitrate,cobalt nitrate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials to synthesize the Z-type hexagonal ferrites. And the effects of hydrothermal reaction temperature(Th), hydrothermal reaction time(th), mole ratio of hydroxide ion to nitrate ion(R(OH~-/NO_3~-)=3 y∶1), mole ratio of strontium ion to iron ion(R(Sr~(2+)/Fe~(3+))=x∶8), sintering temperature Ts and sintering time ts on Z type hexagonal ferrite were investigated systematically. Pure Z-type hexagonal ferrites have been successfully synthesized with the optimized technological parameter. Meanwhile, the Z-type hexagonal ferrites have certain self-orientation ability and their orientation degree in(00 l) direction changes from 9.6 % to 66.2 %.
