摘要
针对农业运载工具中滑动导轨出现的卡槽和滚轮共振造成的损坏问题,对受迫运动工况下滚轮的三向受力和滑动机构平顺度进行研究,设计一种改进型导轨滚轮系统。用信赖域迭代算法对导轨曲率进行优化,将模型分割成一系列子区域,在该子区域的信赖域内对模型进行迭代近似求解,获得满足平顺性的导轨弯曲部分尺寸参数。在ADAMS中对导轨系统滑动单元倾斜振动情况和承力单元受迫运动情况进行仿真分析,给出滑动导轨优化后的判定数据。结果表明:采用分向受力的多滚轮设计可以有效分解每组导轨滚轮机构受到的作用力,承重轮在次坐标方向的受力低于主坐标方向的7.4%,导向轮在非转向段受力小于5N提高系统的平顺性和可靠性。
        In view of the damage caused by the slipping of the slide rail and the resonance of the rollers in the agricultural vehicle.The three-dimensional force and the smoothness of the sliding mechanism under forced motion are studied.An improved rail roller system is designed.The system dynamics model is preliminarily analyzed in Matlab.In order to predict the vibration problem,the trust region iteration algorithm is used to optimize the curvature of the guide rail.The model is partitioned into a series of sub regions.The model is iteratively approximated in the trust region of the sub region.Obtain the size parameters of the guide rail bending part to satisfy the ride comfort.In ADAMS,the inclined vibration of sliding unit and forced motion of bearing unit of the guideway system are simulated and analyzed.The decision data after optimization of sliding guide rail are given.The results show that the force acting on each group of guide roller mechanism can be effectively decomposed by using the multi-roller design with separated forces.The load of the load wheel in the secondary coordinate direction is less than 7.4%of the main coordinate direction.The force of the guide wheel in the non steering section is less than 5 N.It greatly improves the ride comfort and reliability of the system.
