营养专科护士培训体系的构建

摘要
目的应用德尔菲法构建临床营养专科护士培训体系。方法在文献回顾和专家质性访谈的基础上,选择专家,经过征询归纳修改,形成专家问卷,进行三轮咨询并分析咨询结果。结果三轮专家问卷回复率100%、96%和92%,问卷的有效率100%,三轮专家群体权威系数为0. 92,第二轮专家咨询各条目的变异系数是0. 0389～0. 1218,第三轮专家咨询各条目的变异系数是0. 0389～0. 1218。通过三轮咨询,确定了临床营养专科护士培训体系。结论通过德尔菲法法构建的临床营养专科护士培训体系,为建立营养专科护士培训机制,提升营养专业素质能力奠定了坚实的基础。
Objective To construct the training system of clinical nutrition nurses by Delphi method.Methods On the basis of literature review and expert interviews,specific experts were selected.The expert questionnaires were formed after consultation and reversion.After three rounds of consultation,the results were analyzed.Results The recovery rates of three round of consultation of expert questionnaire were 100%,96% and 92%,respectively.The recovery efficiency of expert questionnaire was 100%.The group authority coefficient was 0. 92.The coefficient of variation of the third round of expert consultation was 0. 0389 ～ 0. 1218.Through three rounds of consultation,the training system of clinical nutrition nurses was established.Conclusion The training system of clinical nutrition nurses constructed by Delphi method lays a solid foundation for establishing the training mechanism of nutrition nurses and improving their professional quality and ability.
