摘要
自动喷粉抑爆装置是低浓度瓦斯管道输送的重要安全保障设备之一。运用内径500 mm爆炸管道研究自动喷粉抑爆装置对输送管道内低浓度瓦斯爆炸传播的抑制效果,并分析其抑爆机理。结果表明:抑爆效果受抑爆装置安装位置的影响很大,火焰传感器与抑爆器的最小安装距离为20 m。爆炸火焰在抑爆器后方需传播一定距离才能被完全扑灭,存在一个区间和时间的过程。冲击波压力峰值由于产气剂喷射压力的抵消和ABC干粉灭火剂的抑制作用发生衰减,但衰减幅度相对较小。
Automatic powder explosion suppression device is one of the important safety equipment for the low concentration gas pipeline. We research automatic powder anti- explosive device for transporting the inhibitory effect of pipeline in the low concentration of gas explosion propagation with 500 mm explosion pipe,and the explosion suppression mechanism were analyzed. Results show that the automatic powder explosion suppression device suppression effect is greatly affected by the mounting position; the minimum installation distance between flame sensor and explosion suppression is 20 m. The explosion flame behind the explosion suppression device must spread a certain distance and can be completely extinguished,there is a range and time of the process. Shock pressure peak due to the inhibitory effect of producing a gas- injection pressure off and ABC ultrafine powder extinguishing agent is attenuated,but the decay rate is relatively small.
