摘要
科学技术的进步使得电解铝行业得到迅猛的发展,与此同时,也促进了炭素行业的快速发展,除此之外,还带动了炼钢业的发展壮大,使得电极生产必不可少的石油焦需求量极速增大,但是随着国内炼钢行业的快速发展使得国内的优质石油焦原料越来越紧俏,为保障国内炼钢产业的良好发展,针对石油焦的预焙阳极质量进行研究具有非常重要的意义,必须从原材料控制角度着手,有效控制预焙阳极质量,这对阳极生产具有非常现实的意义。文章从不同角度论述了石油焦对预焙阳极质量的影响因素,供大家参考。
        The progress of science and technology has promoted the electrolytic aluminium industry's development in a fast speed, meanwhile, it has also promoted the fast development of carbon industry, apart from that, it has driven the development and growing of steel-making industry, besides, it has increased the demand for petroleum coke, which is essential for the electrode producing, in a extremely speed. However, along with the fast development of domestic steel-making industry, the supply of domestic petroleum coke raw materials of high quality has become more and more tight. In order to guarantee the good development of domestic steel-making industry, take a study of the petroleum coke's perbaked anode quality is of great significance and it must be done from the perspective of raw materials control, besides, control effectively the prebaked anode quality, which has much practical significance for the anode production. In this paper, it has expounded the influencing factors of petroleum coke on prebaked anode quality from different perspectives for people's reference.
