摘要
为简化同轴磁场调制式磁齿轮的等效磁网络计算模型,在不影响计算精度的前提下,减少仿真时间。基于线性前提,提出一种磁齿轮简化等效磁网络模型。通过对比该模型与有限元模型所得到的气隙磁密以及转矩波形,验证了该磁网络模型的准确性。文章最后基于该简化磁阻网络模型,以平均转矩为优化目标,在一定范围内对磁齿轮的永磁体和调磁环极块圆心角同时进行了优化,并且最终得到了最大平均转矩的参数组合。
        In order to simplify the calculation model of equivalent magnetic network and reduce the simulation time without affecting the accuracy. Based on linear premise, a simplified equivalent magnetic network model was proposed in this paper. The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing the air gap flux density and the torque waveform obtained by the proposed model with the finite element model. Finally, based on the simplified reluctance network model, taking the average torque as the optimization objective, the center angle of permanent magnet and pole pieces of modulated ring were optimized. Furthermore, the parameter combination of the maximum torque was obtained.
